We cooperate closely with our customers to meet the ever increasing technological requirements of the development process, as well as the demand for shortened development times and reduced cost of manufacture, in order to be able to provide custom casting solutions.
Design
We increasingly use CAE such as pro/Engineer, Pro-Mechanika, Micro Cadam, Helix, Catia V5, Magna Soft 4.2, Cimatron E7.
Solidification Simulation
We use the market-leading MAGMASOFT software to simulate casting processes.
Patternmaking
Our pattern shop has state-of-the-art equipment, e.g., Pro/Engineer workstation, 3D measuring machine, CNC milling machines, etc.
Data Telecommunication
We receive orders and delivery schedules according to VDA, AnsiX 12 and EDIFACT with OFTP through ISDN and implement transfer of delivery notes and invoices by telecommunication. Technical CAE data are transmitted using ISDN or ZIP media. Possible formats are IGES 5.0, VDASF 2.0, DXF, STL, PRT, STEP, etc.

Our subsidiary SLR-MetallbearbeitungsgesmbH machines castings on modern production machines. Precision from a single source—a major time and cost factor for our customers. |
