1988 Acquisition of Gußwerk II of Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG by the Seiz family, owner
of the foundry of St. Leon-Rot GmbH, Germany

1990 Establishment of the subsidiary SLR MetallbearbeitungsgesmbH

1996 Installation of the automatic HWS molding line with a capacity of 200 boxes/hour
